Three E-mail Etiquette Essentials

First, when forwarding e-mail to others delete all of the e-mail addresses of the persons through whose computers the message has already traveled. This protects those e-mail addresses from being exposed all over the internet.

Second, clarify the purpose of your e-mail in the subject line.

Third, keep it simple. Limit e-mail points to one or two.
